At Omercatus, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and costs to ensure you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Our daily cut-off time for same-day processing is 6:00 PM London time. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 6:00 PM are dispatched the next business day. Please note that UK public holidays do not affect our processing and delivery times.

Shipping Destinations & Methods

We ship to all domestic regions within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped from our business address at 140 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7NE, United Kingdom. We use standard tracked courier services, and the specific carrier for your order will be shown at checkout and in your dispatch confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders. In some cases, surcharges for oversized items or remote-area deliveries may apply. Any additional charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time for our standard service is 2–5 business days within the UK. Delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). In the rare event of unexpected delays, customers will be notified promptly by email and given the option to cancel their order for a full refund.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, which will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Proof of Delivery & Insurance

For large and high-value items, a signature will be required upon delivery. For most other orders, the courier will perform a doorstep drop-off. Standard shipping does not include insurance, but optional add-ons may be available at checkout. The terms and costs of any optional insurance will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of the marked delivery date or of receiving a damaged parcel. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a shipping address within the United Kingdom.
