All customers are entitled to return eligible products within the stated return window, in compliance with UK consumer law. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to be clear and straightforward. Return Timeframes
Standard 30-Day Return Window
For most products, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’ve had a change of heart, you can return the item for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
Extended 45-Day Window for Major Appliances & High-Value Electronics
We provide an extended 45-day return window for major appliances and high-value electronics under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
- If the item’s packaging has been opened but the product remains unused, it will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm its resalable condition before a refund is issued.
Conditions for a Refund
Change of Mind Returns
For a “change of mind” return, the product’s packaging may be opened, but the item must be unused and in its original, resalable condition. This includes all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories. Items showing any signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
Electronics & Appliance Conditions
For returns of electronics and appliances, please ensure the following:
- The device is free of any activation locks (e.g., iCloud, FRP locks).
- All personal accounts and data have been removed.
- The serial number or IMEI matches your original purchase receipt.
- Large appliances are professionally uninstalled, clean, and in a resalable state.
- All original accessories (cables, remote controls, etc.) are included.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing flaw that impairs its function. Damage refers to physical harm that occurred prior to delivery. This does not include minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s performance.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund.
