How do I place an order?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. For major appliances and high-value electronics, we offer an extended 45-day window for unopened items. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. For more details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I cancel or exchange my order?
You may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
How do I make a warranty claim?
All our new products come with a 2-year warranty. If your item develops a fault after the 30-day return period, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
