Understanding Your Order Status
- Processing: We have received your order and are preparing it for shipment. This status typically lasts for 0–1 business days.
- Shipped/Completed: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is now with the courier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.
- On Hold: Your order is temporarily on hold. This may be due to a payment issue or a request for further information. Please check your email for any communication from us.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. If you did not request the cancellation, please contact our customer service team.
- Refunded: Your order has been fully or partially refunded.
